Position Summary: The Customer Service Representative provides customer service and a resourceful point of contact to patients and providers by scheduling deliveries. This includes setting up delivery methods, discussing the delivery schedule and refill procedures for the next delivery.

The position assists with managing and recording financial transactions in the general ledger, assisting with account reconciliations, and third-party receivables.
